Every venue/promoter has a slightly different policy. When Live Nation announced their policy in late April, the headlines quickly became "Everybody can get a refund, for any concert in America!"

But in reality:

1) The Live Nation policy only applies to Live Nation (granted, they do have a big % of the market)
2) Many of the re-scheduled shows are falling into limbo (or the answer is simply "Too bad, no refund for you!")

I've seen shows pushed to summer/fall of 2021 --- and the refunds haven't been offered.

Maybe that's what Fyre Festival should've done. Just re-schedule forever, and never give back the money. Genius!
