Ours has no definite end date, but is also barely impacted by remote


Honestly doing the job in 1 place versus another is kind of central to their whole business model so it doesn't make a lot of difference, except maybe on the sales side. I suspect that it will be an awfully long time before they tell everyone that they must be back in the office. Anticipating a future phase of unknown length where they tell people they can come back, if they want to, but they can also continue to be remote.
