IMO Fuente seems to have a culture, and it’s a no BS, blue collar attitude.

Problem is, at this point that only sells if you’re winning and winning consistently. Think Alabama. Nick Savannah does not seem fun or exciting in the slightest bit. But they develop NFL players and win.

I think if we start winning and playing with style, we’ll feel a “culture” from Fuente. Without winning, his culture is just cold and boring. With winning, it would be totally different. Big “if” at this point
