Not if you aren't taking from the same sample, and the sample is very


different. Like I said and demonstrated, if you test only those very likely to have it, then you start testing those who are less likely to have it in addition, it will go down no matter what.

It tells you nothing about the number who are very likely to have it, the spread.

The other thing you say indicates that the spread is greater than the numbers show.
