I have had them since my 20's, I have tried bananas, gatorade, potassium

tablets but what has worked incredibly well is the theraworx stuff. It is a liquid in the bottle and foams as it comes out, rub it on the skin and wa la!

I use it before i go to bed any time I have exerted a ton (every weekend) and usually get no cramps overnight, but if I do get one I put it on during the cramp and it eases it in minutes.
