Unanswerable as stated, with some cities vs some states. NJ and MN are


widely varied places. Minneapolis-St Paul is awesome. Parts of NJ are too but parts are hellholes that I would not want to be close to. Colorado? Denver, sure. Far corners or the state, no way. Philly suburbs are nice.

Detroit, Green Bay, Montana and Maine are near the bottom of the list. I love New England and if you had said New Hampshire or Massachusetts vs Maine it would be near the top of the list.
