Trying to Envision Covid Logistics for Fall 2020 on Campuses

Will students constantly be tested? If found positive, how does one quarantine and keep up with classes not held online? For athletes, high infection rates could lead to large percentages of team not being able to participate. Imagine dining halls would have to extend hours to accomodate spacing out of students eating in or taking out. Don't see sports happening this fall.
