Who in NC is due a state tax refund and is also still waiting for it?

The "WTF's My Refund" site alternates between telling us it'll take up to six weeks for an electronic filing (as we did and it's now in its 7th week) or that it's being process and this Stage 1 will take maybe another 30 days. It goes back and forth from one to the other day after day.
