The Verizon guy described it as a great Gradma phone but I absolutely have no complaints. It is big and checks emails, good video, pictures ok, runs all my apps and understands what I say. I had an iPhone 6. Worst piece of junk I ever owned. It was constantly wanting to run its own apps instead of the apps I had loaded and wanted to run. Kind of like a women. I hear all the time motivational speakers talk about Steve Jobs and Apple and what a wonderful company of visionaries, maybe so, but Samsung with Goggle OS is very relatable to my left side brain.
