We can all vent occasionally about how much attention football gets, but the fact is it generates a lot of money for many D1 schools and allows them to field other teams. Think how much money teams like Ohio State and Penn State make on football. Take that away for a year, and all sorts of sports and academic programs could be impacted. So I will be praying for college football this fall.
