Practiced by airlines, health insurance companies, and insurance companies in general. PAy premiums, and then when its time to collect find a reason not to pay; and if for some reason you actually pay, F*ck them up the ass with a rate increase. And on top of all that, whine and complain to the taxpayer when a disaster strikes and you have to legitimately pay out.

this is precisely why I get the High deductible health insurance plans, and get only the state minimum liability insurance. F the insurance companies to hell. All of them. They are one big reason why health care in this country is so F’ed, and by extension why cost of doing business in this country is out of whack.
