A friend of mine had a 1000oz silver bar - size of a brick.....

He had a block knitted to the same size to put around it. The color of the knitting was close to the same color as a stuffed cat he then put on top of the "brick". Used it as a door stop in his house - the perfect definition of hiding in plain sight.
