Bought one 2 or 3 years ago haven't been thrilled

Mainly because the battery died, OK, no problem, just get another one. right? Well, Dell didn't carry them anymore. what? I paid $600 or so but still saw another comment the same "paid $1300 for a Dell and it's only been a couple years and they don't sell a replacement battery, what the heck?

I kinda needed this for computing needs at the time, alternate between buying a stand-alone (yes, a regular ole pc) and a laptop but next laptop like you will be surfer laptop for around the house.
