I don't see how we pull off a reopening without mass testing unless...


"opening" is on a VERY limited basis. Maybe we open some industry and focus the testing there and in those locales, while keeping everything else isolated and that's good enough for the time being. But without widespread testing we run a big risk of having asymptomatic spreaders loose in our communities igniting another round of exponential case growth, hospitalizations, and re-implementation of shutdowns.
