There is a chemical called Pylex that will kill bermuda grass and not harm

fescue. However it's really expensive and a little bit goes a long way. Costs several hundred dollars for like 5 oz. A lawn care specialist might be able to apply it. The bermuda has to be growing for it to work. It shuts down the photosynthesis and the bermuda turns white, looks like cole slaw in the lawn.
