I wonder if we need to work in some of these basic concepts into HS science

I feel like we could better educate citizens in democratic societies well in advance so they know what to do when it hits the fan. Won't help this time, but could prepare us better for the next time around.

BTW, thanks for passing this along. It's a really good note.
