Where is the nail? If it's in the tread (and not the sidewall), you can plug it and it will be fine for quite a while. The kit in the link below will do the trick. If you have an auto parts store nearby, they should have it. First pull out the nail, then use the reamer to enlarge the hole to make it large enough to receive a plug (if it's super small, you might need to use a drill bit, which seems counterintuitive), and then insert the plug per the directions in the kit. I've found that soapy water helps inserting it (haha).
