Note that liquor stores are considered essential. Was thinking why this was


the case, and came up with the following (note that here in Texas, liquor stores are not state owned.
-population would revolt if they can't find booze
-liquor stores will continue to bring in needed tax revenue
-local government leaders also own liquor stores ("stay at home" order is from the county here, not state)
