Be careful with those fat soluble vitamins though. You can OD on vit D


A, D, E and K are important to have in the correct dose. You can overdose on them because your body does not have an easy mechanism to remove excess.

C and Bs are water soluble so it's as easy as a pee to flush out what you don't need
