I think the Department of Health has set a limit of 10

Customers on the premesis at a time. Here in Va Beach some restaurants were offering limited seating that was spaced out within the restaurant. They have all since changed to a limit of 10. Rudees referenced a mandate from the DOH as the reason for the change
