that says it will be killed by a temperature of 26/27 degrees. I assume that's Celsius which would be 78-80 Fahrenheit. Nothing I've read indicates that to be true at all. The self test thing is garbage. With seasonal allergies and sinus issues I have trouble doing that at times. They don't know how long it survives on surfaces. Drinking liquids with/without ice is irrelevant.

Drink water (fluids), wash your hands, avoid contact with people who are sick (or just in general), stay home if you start feeling sick, if you get worse to the point where you're having real trouble breathing then call the doctor and tell them you think you might have COVID-19.
