Plus, first home grown tests from CDC were not effective. Better tests came online after private sector got the go signal.

What im talking about is the reaction is something i havent seen, ever. The first couple weeks after 9/11 is only thing similar. They shut the markets down for a week or so. Sports shut down for 2 weeks, iirc. Now, we are talking a month or more for sports in some cases.
