Can't really compare the two

Emery was great too but I think Cole is on another level with her mentality. Emery didn't have that natural leadership ability that Cole has, which there is nothing wrong with, just not her style. Cole is much faster, and way better at distributing the ball, but that is her job as a point guard. Emery was not a point guard so you really can't compare the two, but if you are looking at overall talent, I think Cole is more athletic and overall player and Emery was a better shooter. Both were key to turning this team around.
