any freshmen will be major contributors this year like Bennett, Bailey, and Banks were last year. The exception is Hewett, who will be depended on to pitch significant innings.

Of course, last year's freshmen were needed to plug holes that don't exist this year. Once again, Hewett is the exception to this. She is needed to plug a big hole at pitcher.

Having said all of that, there is a hole at SS that needs filling. That is an opportunity for one of the Whitley twins. It remains to be seen if she can seize the opportunity this year.
