bloodied with an elbow there would have been a review to determine if there was a flagrant foul. I am not sure the bloody nose Kitley received was intentional, but had the roles been reversed there would have been a review, just as there should have been to determine if Kitley was in the restricted area late in the game when the Syracuse player committed the offensive foul. We clearly blew the game, but I would like to see better officiating.
