I call b.s. Why? I'll tell you why:


Not once did the Caltech or other groups mention what kind of shutter their "cameras" use. They mention the ability to capture individual, infinitesimally brief periods of time in an exposure, but this smells a lot more like high-speed video and the capability to freeze frames of amazingly tiny duration.
