not to keep bringing her up because we are past that, but I remember there was one game we played horribly on the road and the team got off the plane at 5am in the morning and thought they were going home and she took them to practice right then and there and ran them like crazy. They played a lot better after that discipline. Some players even talked about getting sick because the practice was so hard, but they learned from it. I think discipline is what this team needs and I am not sure this coaching staff has that capability. It isn't in their personalities.
