That shouldn't be the case ...


... since there was a rule change about the two exempt tournaments - Scuffle and Midlands. Challenges are there for unattached wrestlers. 1 per individual, unless you're with a "team" of unattached guys, then that grouping is treated like a team with 1-3, 4-6, 7-10 challenge procedures.

If the Scuffle isn't doing this ... they should be.
