The screws that originally came with the mount weren't long enough for...


...his TV. Samsung recessed the threaded section well within the TV. At the very least, they should have stated the screw requirements either on the outside of the box or in the owner's manual. My Samsung TV has threads that are flush with the back of the TV, not recessed like this one.

I give Samsung a "below average" grade for this!
