Long-time residents have a tough enough time staying ahead of


intermittent street and lane closings. This isn't about who's smart enough to deal with it. This is a constantly changing, morphing situation. It's not like a few streets are permanently affected that you can just figure out how to deal with. Gateway Village area is nasty on a good day.
