If he's definitely looking to drive in and wants to be close to 77, it's not a bad option. Especially vs. parking in center city decks. Not sure where everyone's coming from, but the panic about the one-way streets is way overblown, IMO ... I am sure Tech fans can figure it out.

Like I've said in other posts, parking at a Lynx stop and taking train in is a good option too. But some people may want to tailgate and that would require a surface lot or perhaps top level of a parking deck.

Not trying to get into a who knows Charlotte best, but that's my POV based on that person's criteria.
