Assaulted the driver. 2 is for verbal beat downs or moderate bullying. 3 means you talked too much. 4 means you didn’t puke in the care (passenger) or the driver had a forest of tree air fresheners. 5 means you overtip (passenger rating) or you provided controlled or illegal substances (driver)
