I don't follow this closely and didn't even know he retired. He elevated the program for sure but was a pretty big joke back in the day. Sharp is good people though I haven't seen him in 25+ years. And he was a stick back in the day.

I have to believe he will connect infinitely better with the players than his predecessor.
