To my way of thinking, you don’t play your backup


until he is needed or has garbage time. Imagine putting him in and getting hurt on a goal line rush and then losing HH to injury 3 plays later. Then everyone will be roasting Fu, “why was the backup put in jeopardy?” At least that’s my mindset.
