He could also come in on a drive here and there especially in sloppy games where the running game is key. This would also spare Hooker some hits. If your ahead and the QB is going to be a key part of the running game, why not use the better runner. He would also be a good change up here and there. Make no mistake Hooker is far better as our QB, but given QP’s unique skills we should use him in key situations, like clear running plays around the goal line.
