Every "legit" daycare will work


for the dependent care FSA. If they have employees, they will have a tax id, and you will be fine with the FSA. The only way you would run into trouble is if you had a grandparent, cousin, neighbor, etc. watching your kid and you were paying them under the table.

With our kids we had years where we had big bills in the first month, and other years where we just had regular checkups.
