Never heard of Saltville. ...Known for Saltville Massacre and Muck Dam...


collapse. So basically this charming town's claim to fame is the murder of wounded black soldiers during the War of Northern Aggression and a toxic waste spill (that also killed a bunch of people). Also looks like the population keeps dwindling (I wonder why).......I'll be sure not to visit......ever.
