Neighbor & I watched 2 trucks working on a transformer 5 houses down, one New Years Eve that had blown & darkened the whole neighborhood. They finally fixed it. We thanked them & waved as they drove off only to discover when we got back to our houses that our two houses still didn’t have power. The neighborhood was good but not our two houses. When we called Dominion Resources we were told that majority rules first & then it’s first come first served since there was only 2 of us we were at the back of the list. Lol. It took another 2 hours to get a truck back.
