Need to build up USA Rugby; let's get VT Rugby a varsity sport with a few $

We have the bodies, we need to get people in the sport earlier to build size, speed, endurance and innate ability. Poor set play in the scrum, line outs could be better but not nearly as crappy as the scrum play. Much of this can be fixed but it takes time and $$$ much like the Men's & Women's Soccer teams. I lived in England and may have said the US is a country waiting to be a dangerous Rugby Nation. Let's prove them correct.
