My reading of the criteria for the 2020 Olympic Trials (see link below) is that Dake will have an automatic bye to the semifinals of the challenge tournament, whereas Mekhi and the other guys you listed would all start out in the preliminary round of the challenge tournament.
The winner of the challenge tournament would then face Burroughs in the best 2 out of 3 format.
