I only buy generic drugs, except for one

Not sure what it is, but I've never had luck with store-brand Zyrtec. That is the one OTC medicine I need to get the name brand.

I know the active ingredient is, by law, identical. But there is something else going on that is making a difference for me.

Heck, I've even price-compared generic benadryl to generic sleeping pills since they have the same ingredient.
