I have a Moen kitchen faucet that is dripping. I called Moen customer service to help determine what model I have so I could buy a new cartridge. The lady in customer service asked me several questions about the faucet to determine the model. She then asked if I was the original owner. When I told her I was she said the unit had a life time warranty. And she would send me a new cartridge free. She also said she would send me all the other parts in the valve just in case. 2 days later I get 3 parts kits from Moen. Free. Thats how you do customer service.
