Both players were evaluated all spring and summer...Willis got the job for a reason.

He had a terrible game and if that continues maybe the “switching the QB will fix it” thinkers will get what they want.

But the professionals have already seen both guys play waaaay more than we have. And they chose Willis.

Plus if you want “playmakers” with the ball, then you want a guy with the best arm to get the ball to our receivers. Because all of our playmakers are at receiver...not at QB. I want all these talented wide outs and tight ends making catches and running around with the ball. Not one QB who runs around with “better wheels”. Or a QB who runs better read option plays with a very limited backfield on running backs.
