If a kid is buying vapes on the street


"Laced with" can cover a lot of ground. If a dude uses a vape inhaler for his weed or other non-tobacco garbage and then sells it, there's an excellent chance that he didn't clean it first.

Not to mention that quality control with anything you buy off the street is pretty much non existent.
