Always amazed at what a hot dog "with everything" is in different parts of

the country.

I was living in Raleigh for maybe 2 weeks when I ordered a hot dog when I was out and about. I said 'with everything' and it came with cole slaw on it. HUH?

It didn't suck, but not my preference either.
