It depends. Do you have Comcast cable TV, or internet, or both?

If you have Comcast internet you will be able to get ACCNX - you will have to contract with a streaming company like youtubetv or hulu. Also it would help to get a streaming box - about $50 - this will enable you to watch it on your big screen (assuming you don't already have a smart tv).

The pending deal between Comcast and ACCNX is only for carriage on the Comcast cable TV system. If the deal is not done Comcast will not "block" you from watching it on a streaming app like the ones mentioned above (assuming you have Comcast internet).

Honestly IMO there is really no benefit to using Comcast cable - or any cable/dish system for that matter. It's very expensive - you end up with a lot of channels never watched - and a lot of fees are added to the bill that aren't there if you only get internet from them. Particularly if you can pick up your local channels with an antenna.
