Any Hokies here have experience w/ moving services U-Pak & Moving Staffers?

Trying to move my Hokie son and his fiance' from St. Louis to Durham NC area...Moving Co's seem expensive, and probably know what they are doing, but cant guarantee an actual arrival date due to distance. And they're only moving a 2 br apt. , but there are timing requirements, when she finishes her requirements there, when he starts his job here etc,
U-Pak seems like a good deal, they can get the pods to and from on the dates we need, and they partner with a nationwide Co called Moving Staffers, But, reading reviews could be experienced movers from someone just out of prison... Thanks for any help...
