I'd be impressed if there was another number in there..eg 35k!

Tell you what, today was a breeze, and I can thank BV for that, get in a few miles like I was just going to the store. It certainly bumps up my fitness for the rest of the summer and early fall. (and half-jokingly I come back to earth around Thanksgiving.)
