Notre Dame as long as Muffett McGraw is coach

At least I would say the Fighting Irish are at a place where they "reload" each season. Plus, it is worth noting that the Fighting Irish are on a 9 season 30-win streak.

2010-11: 31-8 (NCAA Runner-up)
2011-12: 35-4 (NCAA Runner-up)
2012-13: 35-2 (NCAA Final Four)
2013-14: 37-1 (NCAA Runner-up)
2014-15: 36-3 (NCAA Runner-up)
2015-16: 33-2 (NCAA Sweet 16)
2016-17: 33-4 (NCAA Elite 8)
2017-18: 35-3 (NCAA Champions)
2018-19: 35-4 (NCAA Runner-up)

It is also worth noting that the Fighting Irish have made it to the NCAA Tournament in all but 6 seasons under McGraw and I expect Notre Dame to be NCAA bound again this season. I do think FSU, NC State, and Duke could be in the mix this season, but I don't think they have enough to knock Notre Dame off the hill.
