Even though I think Pulisic will have a brighter future than Adu

I am wrestling with you description of Pulisic's time at Dortmund as "thriving." Pulisic had 90 appearances with Dortmund during his 4 years there (including the Chelsea loan period) and I believe a majority of them was as a substitute. For the amount of money Chelsea is giving up to get him, I guess I would have preferred to see him make more starts with Dortmund. It will be interesting to see what his role will be at Chelsea; starter? platoon starter? substitute?

In Adu's case, I think he may been thrusted into the spotlight too quickly and at a young age. Also, his time with DC United may have even stunted his soccer growth.
